  6. Hello,

I am the moderator of the “Fashion for a Cause” Club at Salesian High School in Richmond, CA. I have a group of 20 amazing, enthusiastic teenagers that would love to assist with the Princess Project. We have had several fundraisers and the students feel very passionate about giving to an organization such as the Princess Project. Is it possible for us to be a “drop-off” center? Can my students volunteer in any way to assist your organization? Please let me know at your earliest convenience what my students can do to lend a helping hand – smiling, giving, caring students are waiting……

    Thanks,

  13. Lauren says:

Dear Manager of The Princess Project,
Hi there. My name is Lauren. I am currently doing a project in Middle School that involves helping people in a positive, effect way. I recently heard about the Princess Project on the radio. I thought it would be a fantastic idea if I used this for my Democracy In Action Essay. The problem is that we have to communicate some way or another with the current Manager of the organazation. If it is possible, I would love to volunteer and ask questions about the Princess Project. It would really help me strengthen my essay and improve it more than if I didn’t volunteer for this Project and help girls in need. I don’t know old you have to be to volunteer, but I’m currently 14-years-old. It would be AMAZING if I could help out with this wonderful organization and also make my essay stronger. I would be so happy if you would reply.
    Thanks a bundle,
    Lauren

  14. Lauren says:

NOTE: I know I am asking for a little much by asking you to accept me to volunteer even thought I’m underage. I completely understand if you do not want me to participate. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if I could walk around and ask questions and take notes, but nothing more. Thanks again for your time.

What an absolute selfless act to create and work so diligently to help someone else with a night they will remember for the rest of their lives. I would love to participate again and look forward to the great volunteer team efforts. This year, my sorority has incorporated a dress drive project so that we can collect dresses to donate to this wonderful cause!

  36. Victoria says:

Hello, I am a headband designer from New York, now living in San Francisco. Last year I came out with a new headband design that was made of tulle & rosettes, and girls going to the prom loved them! I had no idea they would complement prom dresses so perfectly. I would like to arrange to donate some of these headbands so girls can wear them with their prom dresses. I have every color of tulle & rosettes and I know from selling them last year that they are the perfect hair accessory for prom. Girls were literally screaming with joy at my booth when they saw them! Please let me know how I can help, I would love to be present when the girls pick out their dresses (if possible) so I can help them choose their matching headband!!
    Thank you.
    Victoria

    Hi guys!

I am an entering freshman at New York University this year. I recently joined a fashion club at NYU and was hoping to hold an event similar to The Princess Project for the club. I know you only have locations in California, but was wondering if we could arrange a collaboration out here in the Big Apple? I am extremely supportive of the work you are doing as are the members of the NYU fashion club to whom I have introduced your program. Please let me know if you would be interested, I think the program could be very successful in New York!

    Warm regards,
    Jordyn Fantuzzi

    Hello,

I’m with the Fashion Network Association at San Francisco State. Our organization is looking to get involved and give back to the community, and I think the princess project could be a really great fit for that. I’d be really interested in talking to you about how FNA members could get involved and maybe set up a date where we could come in and volunteer with you. Please let me know your thoughts on this, we really look forward to working with you!

  50. Teanna Fecht says:

My daughter and I would love to help with the dress give away this year in San Francisco. I myself came from a family who really couldn’t afford a dress to the prom or any other dance and it would have been nice to have a place like this to get a dress. We would really like to help. Please let us know what to do and where to go and we will be there… Thank you so much.
